1. Services
ORYX GROUP ENTERTAINMENT & HOSPITALITY (ORYXGP) provides travel-related services including, but not limited to, visa processing assistance, travel booking support, and consultation services.
We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as embassies, airlines, and government authorities.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee approval of any visa application or travel-related request. All decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or authority.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by third parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Submit all required documents on time
Review all submissions before approval
ORYXGP is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payments
All fees are clearly communicated prior to service initiation.
Payments are non-refundable once processing has begun
Government and third-party fees are non-refundable
Additional charges may apply if requirements change
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Services may be canceled prior to processing for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees
No refunds will be issued once processing has started
Refunds do not apply to third-party fees (e.g., embassy or airline fees)
6. Use of Technology and Automation
We use secure digital systems and automation platforms, including CRM systems and workflow automation tools, to manage and process customer data.
By using our services, you consent to:
The use of automated systems for processing your information
The transfer of your data to relevant third parties (e.g., embassies, partners)
Data handling in accordance with our Privacy Policy
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, or other third-party service providers
8. Time Limitation for Claims
Any claims must be submitted within 6 months from the date the service was provided. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiations
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
10. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including Qatar data protection regulations.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
